At Scratch and Dent Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home repair solutions; if your kit is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a chemical compound or paint seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to safety and quality regulations.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused kit back into its original shipping box, ensuring all components, applicators, and instructions are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the kit for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
